Welcome to Vectory! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vectory website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Vectory ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vectory provides CRM, automation, and chatbot management tools, allowing users to integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Telegram, and custom websites to manage customer communications and automate workflows.
3. Third-Party Integrations (Meta, Facebook, Instagram)
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram via the Meta Platform APIs.
- Compliance with Third-Party Policies: By connecting your Facebook or Instagram accounts to Vectory, you agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Meta's Platform Terms, and Instagram's Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage of our automation features adheres to these policies.
- API Availability and Changes: We do not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party APIs. If Meta or any other third-party platform restricts our access, changes their policies, or limits capabilities (e.g., modifying the
instagram_manage_messagespermission scope), Vectory reserves the right to modify or suspend certain functionalities of our Service without liability. - Account Suspension: Vectory is not responsible if your Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other integrated accounts are restricted, shadowbanned, or permanently disabled due to your use of our Service in a manner that violates their respective policies (such as sending Spam, unauthorized automated messaging, or violating platform rate limits).
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
- Send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or violate anti-spam laws through our automated workflows and broadcast tools.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your Vectory account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (such as our "Pro" or "Business" plans). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon prior notice to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vectory and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, the inability to use the Service, or any third-party integrations (e.g., loss of business due to Facebook or Instagram API failures, outages, or account bans).
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vectory and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service (such as Meta's terms).
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or repeatedly violate third-party policies using our platform tools.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the documentation on our site or sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
